EBOOKS
For my eBooks, I’ll correct and resend any file that has defects in the file format itself. I’ve tested them all, so I can guarantee that won’t be the case. On the other hand, I make no guarantees that you’ll like my writing. That’s the risk any reader takes when picking up a new book. Having said that, if you really hate a book and might be interested in a different title, we can probably work something out.

BLADE WORK
There are no returns on blades and/or sheaths unless a manufacturing defect is detected.

I do, however, guarantee my work with regards to manufacturing defects. If a blade breaks under normal use or if parts loosen or fall off, I’ll either repair or replace the blade.

This policy applies to the sheaths as well. If stitching, rivets, or glues come apart in any way, I’ll either repair or replace the sheath. Sheath replacements may require that you send the knife back as well to ensure a proper fit and finish.

Abuse of a blade or sheath is on you. Things like using a knife to pry nails or dragging your sheath behind a truck are not covered. Basically, if I make the mistake, I’ll fix it. If you make the mistake… well… that’s on you.

In all cases, shipping to me will be covered by the customer. Shipping back will be covered by me. Standard shipping fees will apply, and either UPS or USPS will be the shipper of choice. Turn-around time will depend upon the work that is required. In all cases, replacements or repairs will take precedence over ongoing blade work in my shop. A full blade replacement can take days or even weeks, and the same applies to sheath replacements.
