A writing friend of mine, David Boop, was going through Westword and found out that my Jake Lasater outfit made the top fifty costumes. You can read about Jake in “Lasater’s Lucky Left,” one of the short stories found in “Penny Dread Tales” right now, and you’ll be able to read about him in “Lady’s Blues,” a full-length novel that is coming out in March of next year. I’ll be airing it at AnomalyCon where RuneWright will also be releasing “Penny Dread Tales V2” (and another Jake Lasater story if I know the editor at all…. and I REALLY do.)
