My first attempt at a French Chef, I decided to use a section of the old tree saw blade. It turned out light as a feather and exceptionally sharp. Made from North Carolina black walnut, the narrow, curved grip is comfortable and makes for easy use. This blade should make an excellent addition to any kitchen where meats and things like sushi are prepared.
